Robert studied Computer science at Institute of Technology, Växjö, Sweden and Computer science at EPFC, Brussels, Belgium. He joined ERTICO since its foundation in March 1992 and he manages ERTICO’s IT Network. Before joining ERTICO he worked at the European Commission in DG XIII. A Belgian national, Robert speaks French and English.
