Pooja is an amplifier and a storyteller. Having worked in the UK, the Netherlands, and Belgium, she brings rich experience working in diverse fields, including non-profit organisations, pharmaceuticals, and marketing agencies. She holds a Master’s Degree in Media Practice for Development and Social Change from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the Asian University for Women.

Before ERTICO, she worked with Greenlight for Girls as a Communications and Engagement Manager to inspire and encourage girls in STEM.

She speaks English, Nepali, Hindi, and Bangla, and is currently learning French.
