Johanna leads the dissemination development of Corporate Communications and supports the ITS Congress marketing team. She has also been leading the strategic communications output and awareness campaign of the MaaS Alliance.

Before joining ERTICO in June 2021, Johanna worked as E-Commerce Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton and previously as Executive Assistant at the Institute for Economics and Peace in Brussels. Alongside her studies, Johanna conducted several traineeships in the fields of communications, marketing and events.

Johanna holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Communications and International Affairs, a minor in European Peace and Security Studies and MSc in Sustainable Development.

A Swedish national, Johanna speaks English and French.
