Delphine graduated as Executive Secretary at the Institut Supérieur Economique de Secrétariat – ISES (Brussels). Before joining ERTICO in June 1998, she worked as secretary with notary work, then for the head of the legal department, as well as assistant to various consultants. At ERTICO she is an experienced personal assistant and administrative congress officer and event coordinator. A French national, Delphine speaks French, English and some German.
