PTV – Shaping Transportation 2014

Today we have technologies and data that can drive us to intelligent and ecologically in real time optimize the flow of people and goods on what in most countries is a finite transport network. So rather than building our way out of congestion should we not be “sweating our transport infrastructure assets” in this more enlightened fashion?
