The inaugural Ingenia live! event will introduce a new series of an early evening discussions bringing to life the stories featured within the pages of Ingenia magazine – published quarterly by the Royal Academy of Engineering.
Ingenia live! aims to introduce as many new people as possible to engineering as a subject. Discussions will evolve around exciting, cutting-edge topics where technology and society meet.
The first Ingenia live! event will look at the future of driverless road travel, which promises to be safer, greener and more relaxing. Professor Paul Newman FREng from the Oxford Mobile Robotics Group and Neil Fulton from the Transport System Catapult will discuss the engineering behind autonomous vehicles and how they will transform the way we travel.
