City-Industry collaboration for low carbon mobility

This high-level Round table  will follow up the Ministerial Round table organised on Monday 5 October. This prestigious event will be an important milestone towards the United Nations Climate Change Summit COP21 in Paris in December, showing how ITS technologies applied in new ways can help cities to reduce their impact on climate change.

The objective is to show with practical examples how ITS combined with new private and public organisational and business models can help cities to achieve ambitious sustainability goals. Mayors and senior managers from cities and regions around the world will share their experience with ITS and present current projects, results, concerns and lessons learnt through the prism of their own experience. In addition, C-level industry executives will show how the newest technologies and services can help put cities and citizens on track towards sustainability.
