2024 AASHTO International Day in Dubai

The AASHTO officials hold the ‘International Day’ on Sunday 15 September, ahead of the 30^th ITS World Congress, held in Dubai from 16-20 September.

This year, the AASHTO International Day presents a forum for leaders in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) from Asia, Europe, and North America to delve into the evolving landscapes of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Mobility Data. Set against the backdrop of global cooperation, this event is a beacon for knowledge exchange and innovative problem-solving in transportation.

The day will kick off with an introduction to the goals and expected outcomes of AASHTO International Day, setting the stage for a series of high-impact discussions. Joost Vantomme, CEO of ERTICO, along with distinguished leaders from various continents, will participate in two critical sessions that aim to outline the future of ITS applications powered by AI and the effective use of mobility data.

Session Highlights Include:
