The TRB ARTS 2023 Symposium, scheduled for 10-13 July in San Francisco, will be a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration. FAME project Coordinator Stephane Dreher will contribute to the event by presenting in Plenary 1. He will provide updates on the status of the CCAM Partnership and offer an overview of CCAM R&I projects in Europe.
In addition to the Plenary session, FAME will actively participate in two breakout sessions: 252, focusing on the automation-readiness of cities, and 355, centered around digital infrastructure. These sessions aim to explore key aspects related to the advancement of automation in road transportation.
Building upon the success of the previous Automated Vehicle Symposia from 2012 to 2020 and the Automated Road Transportation Symposia held in 2021 and 2022, ARTS23 will showcase the latest research and development, advanced engineering progress, and field deployment results. The symposium will address the pressing issues faced by USDOT and State DOTs due to advancements in road vehicle automation.
Attendees can expect a comprehensive and insightful event that fosters collaboration among experts in the field, paving the way for future advancements in automated transportation.
