Miranda holds a BA in International Relations from Rey Juan Carlos University in Spain and an MA in Political Science, specializing in EU Studies from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Before joining ERTICO in April 2025, Miranda worked on EU-funded projects and tenders related to climate and energy, as well as Erasmus+, where she contributed to project coordination, the smooth execution of events and communication efforts.

A native Spanish speaker, Miranda is fluent in English and has an intermediate level of French.
