The recently launched EU-funded Project Pre-LSDemo aims to derive priority evaluation topics for the large-scale CCAM demonstration project. These topics will be based on the challenges, concerns and expectations associated with the large-scale deployment of CCAM in the EU. The ambition is that the evaluation activities in the large-scale demonstration project will help address remaining barriers and verify whether expectations can be realised, and under which conditions.
As one of the work package leaders, ERTICO – ITS Europe is leading the project’s stakeholder engagement activities, reinforcing its role in bringing together public and private stakeholders to support the deployment of safe, intelligent and sustainable mobility solutions across Europe.
A Stakeholder Survey on Large-Scale CCAM Deployment
To support this work, the project has launched a stakeholder survey to collect views on these barriers to the large-scale deployment of CCAM services and products in Europe, as well as expectations on evaluation topics that can help overcome those barriers.
The aim is to collect input from a wide range of stakeholders, covering all CCAM domains. The Pre-LSDemo recommendations for priority evaluation topics will be derived from this input.
The survey is open until 12 June 2026. One can submit up to five topics, and to suggest more, complete the survey again.
