An Italian/Brazilian national, Riccardo holds a BA Degree in Visual Design from the Rome University of Fine Arts. 

Pooja is an amplifier and a storyteller. Having worked in the UK, the Netherlands, and Belgium, she brings rich experience working in diverse fields, including non-profit organisations, pharmaceuticals, and marketing agencies.

Joanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from the College of Media Promotion in Warsaw, Poland, and a Master’s degree in Sociology – People Management from the Pultusk Academy of Humanities in Pultusk, Poland.

Delphine graduated as Executive Secretary at the Institut Supérieur Economique de Secrétariat – ISES (Brussels).

Matthew holds a BA in English, Media, and Cultural Studies from the Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art and Design + Technology (IADT), and a Professional Diploma in Content Writing for Marketing from UCD Professional Academy.

Johanna is an experienced communications professional with extensive expertise in content development, corporate branding, event management, social media strategy and media relations.

Shainoor holds a Bachelor's in BA-candidate Chartered accountant (CBC) – Manager Coach (ICHEC) at UNI AND CITY– and a certificate in HR solutions at UNI AND CITY. 

Renaud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy at the Institut Lucien Cooremans, Brussels, Belgium, and a Specialisation in accountancy at the Institut des Carrières Commerciales of Brussels, Belgium.

Robert studied Computer Science at the Institute of Technology, Växjö, Sweden and Computer Science at EPFC, Brussels, Belgium. 

Before joining ERTICO since its foundation in March 1992, he worked at the European Commission in DG XIII.
