V2G Leaders Europe 2026

On 24 November 2026, V2G Leaders Europe will bring together representatives from the automotive, energy and digital sectors at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Grand Place in Brussels, Belgium, to advance the deployment of Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technologies.

As electric vehicles become an increasingly important part of Europe's energy transition, bidirectional charging offers new possibilities for connecting mobility and energy systems. By allowing electric vehicles to both draw electricity from and feed it back into the grid, V2G technologies can support grid flexibility, improve energy management and make better use of renewable energy sources.

The summit will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, technology providers, researchers and energy specialists to address the regulatory, technical and market challenges surrounding V2G deployment. Discussions will explore how to move beyond pilot initiatives towards interoperable, commercially viable solutions that can be implemented at scale across Europe.

ERTICO supports the event through O-CEI, part of its European project portfolio. The project contributes to the development of open, interoperable and decentralised digital platforms, supporting the integration of mobility and energy systems. Its involvement highlights the role of digital infrastructure and cross-sector collaboration in enabling new services and business opportunities around connected and bidirectional charging.
