NEXUS third External Advisory Board alongside TRA explores next-generation metro systems

NEXUS to host final External Advisory Board Workshop at TRA 2026

The Horizon Europe project NEXUS will host its third and final External Advisory Board (EAB) Workshop alongside the Transport Research Arena 2026 in Budapest.

On 21 May 2026, participants are invited to join the NEXUS consortium at the Expo Tower by Mellow Mood Hotels – Sky Room at 09:00 (registration opens at 08:30) to engage with project partners and explore the latest results and developments.

The workshop will showcase NEXUS outcomes across its key areas, including:

• Simulation models
• Train control systems
• AI and data science applications
• Techno-economic, financial, and sustainability analysis

It will also provide a platform for discussion with stakeholders from the metro sector, supporting validation activities and fostering collaboration towards the metro of the future.

Participation is free, opend to everyone but limited to 50 attendees, and no TRA ticket is required. However, places are limited and registration is mandatory.
