NextETRUCK - Barcelona Pilot Results

The NextETRUCK will soon reach its conclusion. Wrapping up next September, these last months of the project are a crucial phase as the pilot sites in Northern England, Istanbul and Barcelona finalise gathering and assessing the data collected from the demonstrations. To share insights on key findings from the pilots, POLIS is hosting a webinar series with expert partners.

After six months of daily operations in Barcelona under varying weather, traffic and seasonal conditions, extensive data has been collected from urban waste collection routes. This webinar will present key findings, demonstrating the suitability of electric medium-sized trucks for urban applications and supporting NextETRUCK partner IRIZAR in further vehicle development. The session will also address digital twin applications and data analysis.
