Why should your city host the next Congress?
Hosting an ITS Congress positions a city at the forefront of intelligent transport. Beyond reputational benefits, cities gain access to global stakeholders, new investment opportunities, and meaningful knowledge exchange that supports real-world deployment and economic development.
The selection process consists of two stages. Interested cities are invited to submit an Initial Call for Interest, which includes a Minimum Requirements document. Successful applicants will then be invited to take part in the second phase: a full tender submission.
The deadline for submitting the Call for Interest is 13 February 2026.
