Danielle is a German national who has been living in Belgium for more than 25 years and brings over 15 years of international Human Resources experience across multinational and fast-growing organisations. Her expertise includes HR strategy, talent management, compensation & benefits, organisational development and supporting business transformation in multicultural environments.
Danielle has held HR leadership and specialist roles at organisations including IBA, Nielsen, Univercells, Tessenderlo Group and Chemium. During her decade at IBA, she held several international positions, including Global Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems Manager and HR Manager Asia, supporting teams across Europe, North America and Asia. She combines a people-focused approach with strong analytical and operational expertise and is recognised for building effective partnerships across cultures and functions. She also acts as a permanent representative of HumanRespect SRL.
Danielle holds a Master of Communication from the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), a Master of International Business Economics and Management from HUB Brussels, and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from ICHEC Brussels.
She speaks German, French, English, Dutch and Spanish.
