ERTICO Activity Development workshop – for ERTICO Partners only

July 4, 2018 @ 9:30 am - July 5, 2018 @ 1:00 pm

The purpose of the ERTICO Activity Development workshop is to inform all partners about opportunities within the H2020 Work Programme and to present initial ideas for proposals for the next round of Calls, per focus area (Connected and Automated Driving; Clean Mobility; Urban Mobility; Transport and Logistics).

You can download the Agenda for the Activity Development Workshop here and the template for the PowerPoint presentation here.

Kindly note that we will presenting the H2020 Calls per Focus Area (Clean &Urban Mobility; Transport and Logistics; Connected and Automated Driving), while we will also have a session on other funding lines.

After every Calls’ presentation, those partners who wish to Lead/Coordinate a proposal are invited to present their idea on the podium with 2 slides (template is attached). The maximum time allocated to each partner (and ERTICO) is 5 minutes and all interested partners will have to use the 2-slides template. Time will be kept so that everyone who wishes to lead a proposal has the chance to present their idea in 2 slides to all.

Immediately after the presentations of the proposals, there will be a breakout session in the room, where each partner that wishes to lead a proposal has the opportunity to discuss it in more detail if they wish and exchange information and ideas with others. The setting of the room will allow for discussions to take place in groups accordingly.

We kindly ask those partners that wish to present their ideas in projects they wish to lead, to contact us as soon as possible (if they have not done this already) and to use the 2-slides template attached. Partners who do not wish to lead a proposal are invited to attend the discussions and network but there is no provision for presenting.

After the EoB on the 4rth July, a Networking Dinner is being organised (more details to follow soon).
