I_HeERO – Infrastructure Harmonised eCall European Pilot

The main goal of I_HeERO is to guide Member States towards an upgrade of the existing infrastructure in the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) thus enabling eCall based on 112 to be handled correctly across all Member States.
